Chartering a yacht in Mykonos town: what to ask

Yacht charters in Mykonos town are run by a handful of local operators who arrange day trips and weekly bookings from the island. Mykonos Yacht Charter, based in town, offers private cruises on motor and sailing boats and also runs party charters with a DJ, saxophone player, finger food, drinks and waiters. Yacht Rental Mykonos arranges day and weekly charters in the Cyclades, with day cruises to Delos and Rhenia or the southern beaches, and lists hotel and villa pick-up and drop-off. EAZYBLUE FLEET Yacht Charter & Private Cruises, with an address in Tourlos, handles private trips and boat tours, and its car park is wheelchair accessible. Princess 62 Luxury Yacht Charter Mykonos works from Kalo Livadi and arranges charters of the Princess 62 yacht. Mykonos Yacht Services and Charters – Mykonos Yacht Concierge is a yacht charter agency offering daily and weekly charters plus VIP yacht concierge services.

Because each operator works differently, it is worth asking directly about the type of charter you want: bareboat, skippered or crewed; motor yacht or sailing yacht; catamaran; a single day out or a full week. Ask what is included in the price and confirm the details with the business before you book.
