Baptism photography in Syros: what to compare
For baptism photographers in Syros, the listings here are studios based in Ermoupolis that state they cover baptisms. Mamidis Stefanos Photography Studio works mainly on wedding and baptism photography alongside studio work such as still life and fashion; the photographer studied at Leica Academy and returned to his birthplace of Syros in 2003. The studio also appears with a branch listing in Ermoupolis. Gsm Studio Production, a photography studio in Ermoupolis, describes its work as artistic wedding and baptism photography and says it aims to capture moments on paper or in digital form so clients can return to the event.
All three entries are in Ermoupolis, so a baptism elsewhere on the island means agreeing the church and reception locations in advance. Ask each studio what a quote includes: hours of coverage at the church and at the reception, whether a second photographer or video is part of the package, and how family photos are organised. Ask when the edited images are delivered and in what form. Availability for your date should be confirmed directly with the studio.

Questions to ask
Do these studios cover both the church and the reception?
The listings state baptism photography but do not set out coverage. Confirm with the studio how many hours are included, whether the reception is covered, and any charge for extending time or travelling to another part of Syros.
Can I book photo and video together?
Photo and video are not stated as a combined service by these members. Ask Gsm Studio Production or Mamidis Stefanos Photography Studio whether video is offered, who films, and whether photo and video are quoted as one package.
What should I ask about family photos?
Ask how group photos are arranged at the church or reception, how much time is set aside for them, and whether the photographer works from a list of family groupings you provide. These details are not specified in the listings.
How do I know what the quote covers?
Ask for the inclusions in writing: hours, locations, number of photographers, edited images, delivery format and timing. The listings give no prices or package details, so compare quotes on these points rather than on price alone.
