Comparing Prochoma's event properties
Start with the format each property actually supports. Theasis Ktima Axiou is an open-air estate of 60 stremmata, so weather planning and seasonal timing matter more than they would indoors. Its stated maximum capacity is up to 500 people; ask how that figure applies to your event size and layout.
Match the occasion to the venue's stated uses: wedding receptions, baptisms, children's parties, social gatherings, private and corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, cultural activities and sports events. Ask each property which of these it accepts in practice, and whether a single event can combine several formats.
Practical questions before you book
For an open-air estate, ask what happens in rain or strong wind, whether there is any covered backup area, and how setup and teardown time is counted. Confirm what furniture, lighting, sound equipment and parking are included rather than assumed.
Capacity deserves a precise question: is the stated maximum seated, standing or mixed, and does it include suppliers and staff? Also ask about catering arrangements, accessibility for guests with mobility needs, and whether the property hosts more than one event per day.
