POWER3SHAPE STUDIO is a personal training studio in Nerokouros, Chania, founded in January 2011 as the first personal training studio in the city. It holds Power Plate Academy certification, the only one of its kind in Crete, and is also certified by the Post Natal Academy for exercise programmes designed for mothers who have recently given birth. Owner and trainer Maria-Anna Kalidonaki offers a range of complete exercise programmes.
