Listings here are villas, so the practical question is which property suits your group stay. A stone-built villa such as Lithia's Stonehouse "Το πέτρινο στη Λιθιά - Καστοριά" in Pano Machalas is listed as a villa; whether it can also host events or private bookings should be confirmed directly with the property.
Confirm with each property directly whether it matches your intended use, since facilities and arrangements differ between listings and are not uniform across the collection.
Because the collection lists villas, ask each property what it actually provides: whether the whole venue is exclusive to your group, how accommodation and any event space relate, and what access hours apply. The listing for Lithia's Stonehouse shows 24-hour opening hours every day, but that is listing information for that property alone; actual event access hours and exclusive-use arrangements should be confirmed directly with the property.
For private bookings or group stays, contact the business directly to confirm arrangements rather than assuming shared standards.
