Private Event Venues in Vari, Attica
Planning a private event in Vari, Attica, means choosing among a small set of distinct venues rather than a long list of interchangeable halls. The options here range from coastal addresses on Poseidonos Avenue, such as Island Art & Taste and Island C-Lounge, to estate-style settings like Ktima Martidi at the end of Nymfon street, plus wedding-hall and family-oriented spaces. Because published details vary, the practical work lies in asking each venue directly about capacity, layout, catering and timing, and whether a gala dinner fits their event calendar.

Coastal addresses versus estate settings
Island Art & Taste and Island C-Lounge both sit at 66 Poseidonos Avenue in Vari, on the coastal avenue of the Athens Riviera. Island Art & Taste publishes daily listing hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; these are the venue's published opening hours, not event access times, which must be confirmed directly. Island C-Lounge is listed as an event venue without stated capacity or indoor and outdoor breakdown.
Ktima Martidi, at the end of Nymfon street, is presented as a wedding hall and event venue with event planning support, focused on private celebrations. Island Residence is listed as a wedding hall in Vari, with no published address detail beyond the area. Happy Play Park, on Varis-Koropiou Avenue, is a children's play centre and cafe with specific opening days.
What to confirm before you commit
The listings differ in how much they state. Some give addresses and hours; others give only a category. That means capacity, seating layout, staging, catering arrangements, accessibility and parking should be confirmed directly with each venue rather than assumed.
A gala dinner also depends on timing. Island Art & Taste publishes listing hours ending at 9:00 PM, but these are not event access hours; ask the venue how late an evening event can run and whether the whole space or only part of it is available. Happy Play Park's published hours are for the play centre and cafe; private event access must be confirmed directly with the venue.
