Coastal venues and mixed-use spaces
Agia Sotira's event options are tied to its coastal setting. Cariocas Beach Bar operates as a beach bar, beach club and restaurant, welcoming guests daily from 9:30 until 3 at night. That combination matters for planners: a venue serving multiple functions may suit receptions, dining or relaxed gatherings, but the exact space and facilities available for a private event should be confirmed directly.
What to verify before choosing
Because properties in Agia Sotira differ, compare each on the specifics that affect your event. Ask whether the area you want is indoors, outdoors or partly covered, how the venue handles food and drink service, and whether the operating hours shown, such as Cariocas Beach Bar's 9:30 to 3 schedule, apply to private bookings. Confirm details in writing rather than assuming every venue offers the same setup.

Planning questions
Can I book a private event at a beach bar in Agia Sotira?
Some coastal venues, such as Cariocas Beach Bar, combine bar, beach club and restaurant use. Private-event availability is not guaranteed, so ask the venue directly about exclusive use and terms.
Do Agia Sotira venues offer both indoor and outdoor space?
This varies by property and is not stated for every venue. Ask each one whether your preferred area is indoors, outdoors or covered, since the coastal setting may affect weather exposure.
What should I confirm about opening hours for an event?
Published hours, such as Cariocas Beach Bar's 9:30 to 3 schedule, describe normal operation. Confirm whether those hours apply to your private booking and whether setup or cleanup falls outside them.
